- Spring flooding in Mexico
- Posted March 11, 2013 midnight
- Spring rains sometimes cause flooding in low lying areas. Although spring doesn’t official arrive until next week, the flooding has begun in Mexico due in part to the snow left from February’s snowstorms and the fact Mexico had more than an inch and half of rain over the weekend. Several creeks were overflowing with some roads closed over the weekend due to water across the pavement. Some include those pictured in this gallery.
