GOLF: Mexico Lady Bulldogs golf team played against a successful and talented Rock Bridge team Tuesday with the final Rock Bridge 163, Mexico 218.
"We were aware of it going into the competition. However, it was a pleasure to play at such a nice course (Lake of the Woods Golf Course)
and with a team that is very skilled but also very pleasant to play. Our team looks forward to this match every year and last night did not disappoint. While we had higher scores than a couple days ago, at the end of the round the girls were still glad they got to play Rock Bridge and enjoyed the course. With two varsity girls from Rock Bridge shooting in the 30s last night this was definitely an eye-opener," said MHS Coach Lindsey Yancey. It's always helpful to see their golf game. Rock Bridge is coached by MHS alum, Melissa (Melahn) Coil.
