"There will be a parents' meeting at the Central School Thursday afternoon at 2:30. The parents of all pupils in the first grade are earnestly requested to attend as matters of vital importance to the children will be discussed. We ask the earnest co-operation of all the parents in our efforts to improve the conditions under which the 78 first-grade children in Miss Wright's room are working. Come to the school house Thursday afternoon and plan with the Superintendent and teachers for the welfare of your child. It is practically necessary for all parents to be present."
