The Mexico soccer team lost to Moberly 3-0 Tuesday in Moberly. After a halftime score tied at zero Moberly started the second half with 3 goals in the first 10 minutes.
"We had scoring chances in the first half but we kicked three right at the goalie and put another just outside the post," stated MHS coach Chris Hotop. Tyler Warmbrodt made several excellent saves in the first half to keep it scoreless at the half. Mathias Whitworth and Cristian Vega put in a great effort for the Bulldogs.
The next game for the Bulldogs will be Tuesday at Boonville with junior varsity playing at 5 p.m., followed by varsity.
