"A quick weather pattern change brought snow flurries to Mexico today. The weather bureau says the snow won't amount to much, but will continue as flurries till tonight. Temperatures are expected to drop into the low 20s by tomorrow morning, with highs tomorrow 34-15. The long-range forecast for Missouri is a contrast to the one issued Monday. Instead of unreasonably warm temperatures, the mercury for the next five days will average 3 to 6 degrees below normal in the east and south and 2-4 degree below in the northwest."

The scheduled speaker, lottery Executive Director Michael H. Morris, was unable to attend the Mexico Rotary Club's program.
