Be prepared and be careful

This week's spring-like weather is preparing to revert to winter this weekend.
Ledgerland residents will enjoy 64-degree temperatures today and a low of around 42 tonight. But look out for a huge contrast Saturday and Saturday night.
Saturday's high will be around 44 degrees, but the temperature will continue to fall throughout the day to around 38 by 5 p.m. Then be prepared for conditions to deterioriate.
The National Weather Service in St. Louis forecast for Mexico is predicting a 70 percent chance for rain and sleet, then becoming all snow after 7 p.m. Light snow and sleet accumulations are possible.
