Residents took advantage of the 74-degree weather Monday and spent time outside before winter returns tonight. There is a chance of rain and snow showers overnight tonight. The National Weather Service warns the rain could be heavy at times. Little or no snow accumulation is expected. Temperatures are expected to reach the upper 60s today and fall to 32 tonight. There is a 40 percent chance of rain and snow Wednesday morning with breezy conditions. Wednesday's high is expected to be 33 degrees, falling to around 26 by 5 p.m. with a low around 19 degrees.
