On Tuesday evening, the East Central Drug Task Force assisted by the Mexico Public Safety Department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Audrain County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant in the 800 block of Fairground in Mexico.
Officers arrested three people for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition officers seized approximately one gram of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Arrested were: Shelby Jane Martin, 19, of Mexico. Martin's bond is set at $11,000; Teresa Louise Lopez, 38, of Mexico. Lopez's bond is set at $11,000; and Jacob John Calvert, 20, of Mexico. Calvert's bond is set at $11,000.
The East Central Drug Task Force was organized in 2001 and serves the cities of Bowling Green, Mexico, Montgomery City, and Vandalia, the counties of Audrain, Montgomery and Warren, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
