Mexico Middle School bomb threat call
On Monday, at approximately 2:40 p.m., Mexico Department of Public Safety was called to Mexico Middle School regarding a bomb threat. The school was evacuated and subsequently searched. Nothing was found and the staff was allowed to return by 4:15 p.m.
Making a False Bomb Report is a class D felony. Mexico Department of Public Safety would like to remind residents that Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for this and any other incident.
