So I've gotten myself a chocolate shake that you can drink once a day, but I may have a slight addiction to chocolate and want to drink several. I'm sitting here, late at night, working on a couple different things and find myself wanting some chocolate.
A lot of people say that if you have a craving for something you should just have a small amount so that it doesn't get out of control and you end up binging on it. I'm wondering if anyone finds that true? I have also read that if you smell the thing that you are craving, you end up not wanting to eat it and just the smell cures the craving. To me, that would make it worse.
I have zero chocoalte in my house right now so I'm ok, but if there was, how would you suggest I fight the urge??
