According to the report, 10 people were transported to the University Hospital and Clinics in Columbia.
According to the highway patrol report, Williams received serious injuries and a passenger in her vehicle, Ruby L. Keeling, 63, of Auxvasse received serious injuries. They were flown by air ambulance to the University Hospital.
Cadets injured in the accident included: Vincent Burker, 15; Brendan Darnlee, 17; Santiago Prieto, 18; Emelio Cueto, 16; Loya Lovsandorj, 14, Rocardo Padiella, 17 and Steven Priuster, 15. MMA instructor Robert N. Olive, 50, also was injured in the accident.
Christine Smith, group director admissions marketing and technology at MMA, said today that all of the MMA passengers have been released from the hospital and none of the injuries treated were serious.
The academy has contacted the parents of the cadets and according to Smith, most, if not all, of the boys have spoken to their parents. She also said that classes at MMA resumed as normal today for all students.
According to the Missouri State High School Activities Association, MMA had to forfeit the game to Winfield because it was a district game.
