Priscilla Campbell Brown, 59, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on February 29 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Priscilla was the wife of Nelson A. Brown, Jr. of Chicago and daughter-in-law of Evelyn M. Brown of Mexico. She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Carrie Brown, also of Chicago, her mother, Jackie Campbell of Lake Forest, Illinois and her brother, John (Lisa) Campbell and son Andrew of Palatine, Illinois. In addition, sister-in-law Melanie (David) Richter, niece Kate Shaw (John) children Jake and Cody Shaw of Mexico and nephew Steven Richter of Payson, Illinois.
Ms. Brown was preceded in death by her sister, Sara Campbell, and her father, Jack Campbell. Priscilla was a 1976 graduate of Lawrence University with a degree in Anthropology. She formerly worked for the American Academy of Pediatrics, Crains Publications and People Scout. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society 225 N.
