Sally Ann Smith, 56, of Wellsville, died on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at her home.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 16th at the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville. Rev. Glenn Swarthout will officiate. Serving as organist will be Cleta Mertz.
Burial will be in the Wellsville Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service, Monday, at the funeral home.
Sally was born December 30, 1956, a daughter of Harlan Dale and Eula Nadine (Tooter) Smith. She resided all of her life in Wellsville.
She was a 1974 graduate of Wellsville-Middletown R-1 High School and graduated from the Missouri School for Doctor's Assistants and Technicians.
Sally was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wellsville.
She had previously worked at Golden Living Center/Gamma Road Lodge in Wellsville and as an assistant for a physician in Centralia.
Sally enjoyed needlecraft, swimming and interacting with friends on facebook. She also liked going to the beach and traveling. Sally loved her dog, "Charlie."
Sally is survived by her brother, Russell David (Rita), of Waterford, NY, niece, Annette Marie Bucci (Todd), of Albany, NY, nephew, Timothy David Smith (Amy), of Altoona, PA, great niece, Rose Marie Smith, of Altoona, PA and great nephews, David Lyndon Smith, of Altoona, PA and Charles John Bucci, of Albany, New York and cousins, Tom Lampe (Betty), of Harrisonville, MO., Donna Fuller (Stan), of Alameda, CA. and aunt, Marilyn Schmidt (Paul), of Alameda, CA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harlan Dale and Nadine "Tooter" Smith.
