For the next 12 months, the Brockton Enterprise, in Brockton, Mass., be following three medical school graduates through their first year of residency at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. Leah Palifka, James Knutson and Justin Routhier have consented to have their journey chronicled through stories, photos and videos.
This week, Dr. Dale Ellenberg, medical education director for Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital, talks about the year-long residency program.
