Pauline Williams, 92, of Mexico, passed away at 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Pin Oaks Living Center.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, July 19, at the First Assembly of God Church in Mexico with Rev. Everett Bradshaw officiating. Visitation is Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service time at the church.

Graveside services will then be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville.

Pauline was born Jan. 26, 1925 in Harrisburg, the daughter of Robert and Cora Belle (Rhodes) Bailey. On Sept. 4, 1942 in St. Louis, she married Kinnard Glen Williams. He preceded her in death on Oct. 12, 2016.

Mrs. Williams ran Mother Goose Daycare for many years. She had attended the Assembly of God Church in Montgomery City, where she was a Sunday School Teacher.  Later, Pauline became a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Mexico, where she was a Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, and head of the prayer chain.

Survivors include her children, Donald Williams of Conyers, GA, Glenda Berry of Rockford, IL, Sandra (Reggie) Asplund of Chattanooga, TN, and Ruth (Ronnie) Hale of Butler, MO; one step-daughter, Misty (Walter) Weiss of Los Angeles, CA; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Glen, Pauline was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.

Memorial donations may be made to the outreach ministries of the First Assembly of God Church in Mexico. They may be made in care of Arnold Funeral Home, 425 S. Jefferson, Mexico, Mo 65265.
