The road can be a tough place for any team to play, and when you add the implications that come with a North Central Missouri Conference tennis match, Mexico still proved worthy by winning at Fulton 11-1 on Monday.

"The girls came out and took care of business. They only had 11 eligible players, so that limited the number of girls that were able to play," said coach Kim Costley. "We have a busy week next week. On Monday we're at Palmyra, Tuesday at Battle, Wednesday is our conference tournament at Fulton, Thursday is Senior Night at home against Osage and Friday we are hosting a JV doubles tournament."
