John Franklin "J.F." Parker, 78, of Phoenix, Ariz., died at 8:36 a.m., Saturday, May 23, 2009, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Phoenix.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday at Fairmount Cemetery in Middletown. Full military honors will be provided by Wellsvlle VFW Post 3506 and Missouri Military Funeral Honors Detail Team.
Services are under the direction of Myers Funeral Home, Wellsville.
