N. Loucile Parish
N. Loucile Parish, 94, of Mexico, died at 5:50 a.m., Tuesday, March 09, 2010 at Fulton Presbyterian Manor.
Funeral services will be Thursday, at 1 p.m. at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Robert H. Marty officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, Noon until the time of the funeral and burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Parish was born Oct. 4, 1915, in Batesville, Ark., a daughter of Perry and Nettie Virginia (Huddleston) Barnes. On Oct. 4, 1934 in Batesville she married Ruzy Parish who preceded her in death on Dec. 11, 1999.
She was a member of Littleby Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Baker and husband Ed, Mexico; one daughter-in-law, Donna Parish, Mexico; her twin sister, Mittie C. Carlyle, Mexico; three grandchildren, Jon T. Parish and wife Donna Sue, Judsonia, Ark., Keith E. Baker and wife Dawn, Olathe, Kan., and Kerri L. Brandow and husband Larry, Mexico; two great-grandchildren, Courtney L. Baker and Tyler S. Parish; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Tanna Parish; one great-granddaughter, Heather L. Brandow; five brothers and two sisters.
Memorials may be given to the Heather Brandow Memorial Scholarship fund or the Tanna Parish Scholarship fund. They may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265.
