VANDALIA – Kenneth "Gabby" Wiser, 81, of Vandalia, died at 5:44 p.m., Sunday, at Tri-County Care Center, Vandalia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Second Missionary Baptist Church, Vandalia with burial in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Visitation is from noon until service time Saturday at the church.
Waters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
