Soccer meeting to be held Thursday at middle school
A boys soccer meeting will be held Thursday at the Mexico Middle School. An open field will be held from 6-8 p.m. for grades nine through 12.
A team meeting will be held at 8 p.m. in the MMS gym.

Horseshoe league to meet at Moose Lodge this week
Dan Hubbard, Centralia, was 6-0 Thursday to lead the field in the Mexico Parks & Recreation Department's horseshoe league.
Charlie Maupin, Mexico came in second at 5-1; Eugene Freels, Auxvasse, 4-2; Cody Hubbard, 2-4, losing points 34; Brenda Dowell, 2-4, losing points 27; and Michelle Hubbard, Centralia, 2-4, losing points 13; and Leticia Hubbard, Centralia, 0-6.
The league meets at 6 p.m. each Thursday and new members are always welcome. This Thursday, the league will meet at the Moose Lodge instead of Fairgrounds Park.
