  • Morning Jolt: Remembering Rodney King

  • Months after the 20th anniversary of the L.A. riots, which happened because officers were acquitted of beating Rodney King, King was found dead at age 47. He was discovered dead in a swimming pool by his fiancee. King's legacy is that his case sparked race relations discussions in the U.S.
