Priscilla Ann (Lierheimer) Phillips, aged 72, passed away July 3rd, 2018 after a difficult battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was born in Mexico, Mo to Edwin Louis Lierheimer and Clementine Doerge Lierheimer on April 28, 1946. Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Earl Phillips, wife Kelly Maureen Phillips and two daughters, Sophia and Ava, of Colorado Springs, CO along with his brother Gregory Scott Phillips, wife Betsy Larsen Phillips and two children, Emily and Jack of Minden, NV. Priscilla was also survived by two brothers, Richard Louis Lierheimer and John Edwin Lierheimer both of Mexico, MO along with one sister Peggy Kathleen Lierheimer of Webb City, MO. She graduated Mexico High School in 1964 and University of Missouri in 1969. Priscilla spent the majority of her life in Joplin, MO surrounded by the love of music, gardening, family & great friends in her church community. She also enjoyed owning & operating the antique & gift shop, “Imagine That!”
After cremation, memorial services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Mexico, MO on Aug 11th at 11:00 am, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, please make any donation you can to “Cure Alzheimer’s Fund” or “Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research”.
