"I was very happy with how our guards handled their pressure despite dealing with some foul trouble. Tori (Hamilton) had a big night again scoring 31, with 11 rebounds, and six blocks," said coach Garrett Thomas. "Our defense improved throughout the game. "(Hamilton) had a big third quarter scoring nine of her 23 points. It was 40-40 going into the fourth. Miller hit two big free throws to put us up two with about a minute to go. They answered with a layup to tie it up. (Hamilton) then scored with six seconds left on a great pass from Delaney Wheelan to win the game."
