The initial sign that all was not right with the varsity baseball world for Montgomery County was on Mar. 5 when it posted to Facebook that St. Clair had forced some final adjustments to the opening contests of the Four Rivers Tournament on Mar. 23 by alternating locations and matchups.

The next sign of the hardball apocalypse for the Wildcats could be found on Mar. 7 when the squad shared via Facebook that Warrenton had cancelled the Jamboree that was supposed to take place that weekend. Now, with grade cards having been mailed out last week with all fines and fees included, it seems the season opener at St. James on Mar. 15 was also postponed and could be rescheduled for Mar. 22, but nothing is for sure as of yet.

What is known is that the Trojans are slated to host Pacific on Wed., Mar. 20, and play at Silex on Mar. 25 at 5 p.m.
