Miller Stadium was the place where records were set last Saturday when the Centralia varsity boys track and field team won their third-consecutive Class 4, District 4, Championship amidst a dozen-team field to move on to sectionals next weekend at Montgomery County.

Even though Father Tolton and Blair Oaks did try and make respectable showings at 75 and 73, respectively, it was the Panthers who dominated in the top spot with a score of 160.

COACHES COMMENTS

'Sprinters and Sprint Relays keep getting better every week and look to make some noise at sectionals next week," said coach Jim Newsted. "Sectionals are next Saturday at Montgomery City and the Top four from this meet will qualify to compete in Jefferson City the weekend after in Class 3 MSHSAA track meet."
