Families of Missouri Military Academy cadets will have an opportunity to see a day in the life of their son as part of Fall Family Weekend on Oct. 18 to Oct. 20.

The Passing through Ceremony will take place 10 a.m. Oct. 19 on the front campus. New cadets who have passed all training requirements achieving full cadet status will receive their hat brass. Families are invited to take part in the hat pinning.

The entire cadet corps will parade to Colonels Field for review following the Passing through Ceremony where cadets' fathers and grandfathers will troop the line. Senior cadets will receive their class ring from family members and faculty. The senior ring dinner and dance will take place that night to celebrate the senior class.

An open house will take place in the morning Oct. 19 in Barnard Hall providing prospective cadets and their families a chance to tour campus and learn about the curriculum. A full schedule of events is available on the academy's website.
