Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Wednesday, Dec 14:
An assault without injury at East Liberty and on North Grand.
A scam at Lakeview Road.
Shop lifting at 4820 South Clark.
A stealing or theft at 4820 South Clark.
Car accidents:
A two-car accident on Missouri at Monroe on Wednesday, Dec. 14. According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 91-year-old John Weatherspoon of Mexico backed slowly at the intersection of Missouri and Monroe and hit the front of a vehicle driven by 67-year-old Robert Scott of Mexico. No injuries were reported.
