The North Callaway boys clung to a slim lead most of the second half, but a buzzer-beating 3-pointer allowed Louisiana to break through to give North Callaway a 50-47 Eastern Missouri Conference loss at home on Wednesday night.
Kenny McCormick drained the game-winning shot, finishing with 12 points and four 3-pointers off the Bulldog bench, and Jack Logan had 10 points and nine rebounds also as a reserve.
Matthew Weber led North Callaway with 13 points, Sam Pezold followed with nine points, eight rebounds and four steals, and Isiah Craighead had eight points off the bench.
