MEXICO, MO – Central Bank has chosen Tony Robertson as community bank president of
Central Bank of Audrain County. Former President and CEO Mike Bunge will remain as chairman
of the board of directors.
Robertson received his bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from the University of
Missouri and then began working as assistant county supervisor for the Farmer’s Home
Administration. In 1994, he joined Central Bank of Audrain County as a commercial loan officer,
eventually leading the lending team as senior vice president of commercial lending.
Active in the community, Robertson has served in many leadership roles over the years
including treasurer of the Mexico Jaycees, president of the Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce, and
president of United Way of Audrain County, just to name a few. Today he serves as president of the
Audrain County MU Alumni Association, and as a board member of the University of Missouri
CAFNR (College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources) Alumni Board.
