Carolyn J. (Lincoln/Kelsay) Weddle, 80, of Fulton, died Thursday, June 22, 2023, at Monroe Manor in Paris.
Carolyn was born on September 29, 1942, in Bowling Green, MO, the daughter of O.H. “Shorty” and Anna Belle (Haltom) Lincoln. She graduated from Mexico Senior High School in 1960 and attended Kidwell’s School of Hairdressing in Columbia, MO. After her graduation, she worked for many years at multiple beauty shops in Mexico. Later in life, Carolyn relocated to Iowa and operated the Country Corner restaurant in Ralston for many years.
Carolyn is survived by her son, Ken Kelsay (Michelle) of St. Charles; daughter, Brenda Kelsay of Mexico; four grandsons, Joel Kelsay of Kansas City, MO, Noah Kelsay, Zachary Kelsay and Levi Kelsay all of St. Charles; two brothers, Donald Lincoln of Mexico and Glen Lincoln (Linda) of High Point, NC.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Wesley Lincoln; and two sisters, Elaine Harvey and JoAnne Page.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
