Donald Joseph Davis, 79, of Monroe City, Mo. left his earthly home to receive his heavenly reward on November 2, 2023, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11a.m., Wed., Nov. 8, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Monroe City. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until services. Father Mike Quinn, Father Greg Oligschlaeger, and Father Rob Fields will officiate. Burial will follow at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Monroe City.
Donnie is survived by his wife,Mary Catherine Manley; his 4 children Jeff Davis (Keri) of Hannibal, Chris Davis of Monroe City, Joseph Davis of Evansville, Ind., and Catherine Graver (Shane) of Columbia; 3 Siblings Thomas Davis (Marilyn) of Troy, Carl Davis (Nancy) of Tallahassee, Fla, Delores Davis of Bowling Green; 1 sister-in-law and 1 brother-in-law; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of the O'Donnell-Thurman Life Celebration Home in Monroe City. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Catholic School or Church.
