Janice Kay Havrum Mills, 78, of Mexico, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, at Arnold Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Union Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation is from 12 p.m. until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
