Ralph Mika, 83, Mexico, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2023, at The Villa at Blue Ridge in Columbia. He was born December 12, 1939, in Ansley, Neb. the son of the late Lumir and Phyllis (Higgins) Mika. On June 1, 1984, he was united in marriage to Judy (Hopkins) Mika.
He is survived by his wife Judy of 39 years; one son Dan (Vickie) Mika, Mexico; one daughter Dawn (Steve) Bunch, Knoxville, Iowa; two step sons Steve (Cheryl) Luehring, Geneseo, Ill. and Scott (Rae) Luehring, Chariton, Iowa; one step daughter Suzanne (Gary) Seddon, Chariton, Iowa; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, one sister preceded him in death.
Private family graveside services will be 11 a.m Wednesday, October 4, at the Centralia City Cemetery.
