Mexico softball hadn't defeated North Central Missouri Conference foe Kirksville in the previous six tries. The Lady Bulldogs ended that streak on Tuesday night with a 4-3 walkoff victory at Gallop Field. Karlie Sefrit had the walk-off single, and Landri Teel picked up the game-tying RBI in the sixth inning. Teel finished 2-for-3 with a double and a RBI, Jo Thurman was 1-for-1 with two walks, and Emma Cunningham pitched seven innings with five hits, two earned runs and one strikeout.
