Valencia Herndon-Bell, 51, of Jefferson City, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023, at Jefferson City Nursing and Rehab in Jefferson City.
Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, at Arnold Funeral Home. Visitation is Wednesday from 12 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
