Van-Far football was as close as 8-6 early on Friday at Eastern Missouri Conference foe Bowling Green, but the powerhouse Bobcats kept pouring it on to defeat the Indians 72-22. Ty Evans, 81 yards on eight carries, ran for the early 75-yard Van-Far touchdown. Quarterback Nikos Connaway ran for 70 yards on six carries and threw for 87 yards on 5-for-9 passing, scoring two touchdowns.
